Try Something Indian: Coz Life is Too Short for Boring Food

The popularity of Indian food has spread worldwide. People sitting in the different corners of the world are crazy to try all the Indian flavours. Perhaps, it is the love and the warmth which the chefs infuse in the food to make it tasty or it could be:

  • Organically Harvested Ingredients

We all have seen the fields in Bollywood Movies. They are the sole proof of how organically the ingredients (to be used in Indian food) are harvested. They add freshness to the palatable delights.

  • Freshly Ground Spices

Spices are said to be the heart and soul of Indian food. Without them, Indian food is plain. In a single Indian dish, more than 10 spices are used like Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Fresh Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Seeds, Dried Ginger Powder, Garam Masala (which itself is made up of 12 ingredients).

  • Slow Cooking

Indian food is never cooked at high flame. It is believed that high flame cooking kills the potential flavours of the dish but slow cooking helps to retain the flavours. Indians are of the view that no matter how much time the particular cooking takes, it needs to be delicious at the end of the day.
